Procurement Specialist – New Investor

Location: Wrocław
Job type: full-time

Goal of position:

Quality, price effective on time purchasing of the products and services within the responsibility.

Formal prerequisites for the position:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Specialist with minimum 1 year of professional experience in related field, ideally with technical knowledge
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Good knowledge in working with procurement tools (e. g. SAP MM)
  • Advanced English
  • Ability to work collaboratively in team environment
  • Customer orientation and advanced organizational skills with the ability to multi task
  • Strong analytical competence
  • Good knowledge of German preferred


  • Processing and monitoring all aspects of the procurement process from incoming purchasing requests (BANF) within SAP to handling of blocked invoices according to defined rules, content, delivery requirements and required documents
  • Creation and closing of purchase orders based on defined rules and regulations
  • Processing of responses from supplier (e. g. comparison order confirmation with order)
  • Monitoring of delivery deadlines according to defines rules
  • Escalation solving (e. g. delivery deviations)
  • Processing of deviations in billing and goods receipt caused by the supplier
  • Complaint support towards supplier
  • Properly documenting and archiving documents according to defined requirements
  • CIP – continuous improvement process within assigned responsibilities
  • Providing Helpdesk services for internal customers

In addition to the duties listed above, the position holder must carry out tasks assigned by his supervisor that are essentially related to his duties.
