Junior Technical Support Consultant

Location: Wrocław

Our Customer Support team in Wroclaw, Poland is looking for a Junior Technical Support Consultant who handles support requests and provides customers with a solution, workaround or action plan in their usage of our business software. If you are looking for a job in which you do the same repetitive tasks everyday – that’s not us. If you enjoy following simple manuals over and over again – that’s not us either. What will you do:

• You examine support requests and provide customers with a solution, work around or action plan;

• You monitor the progress of each problem through to conclusion;

• You identify opportunities for service improvement;

• You are responsible for your own personal development plan.


• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology;

• Good knowledge of:

✓ Current Windows operating systems

✓ SQL Server and/or Oracle database platforms

✓ Networking (DNS, DHCP, Active Directory);


• Inquisitive and eager to learn new skills;

• Positive team spirit, and ability to work with peers towards a common goal;

• Fluent in English both speaking and writing;

Nice to have:

• Experience in a software technical support environment related with troubleshooting
