HR Specialist with German

Location: Wrocław
Job type: full-time


Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Remote administration support to the HR department in different process areas (i.e. Training Administration, Time & Attendance, Idea Management)
  • Working time calculation and checking related invoices
  • Entering and updating of data in HR systems
  • Preparing and managing of process documentation
  • Up-dating and maintenance of internal HR knowledge base
  • Preparing of onboarding trainings for new employees
  • Acting as a point of contact and information for new colleagues and other stakeholders
  • Participation in transition and implementation projects
  • Reporting and other ad hoc HR administration tasks


What we require?   

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in administration work, preferably in HR and/or Shared Service Center environment
  • Experience in transitioning and setting up new processes would be an asset
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge and experience in usage of ERP systems (i.e. SAP, Workday) and ability to learn new functionalities
  • At least good English and German language skills
  • Very good organizational and communication skills
  • Openness for changing and dynamic environment
  • Customer orientation
