For our client – an American company specializing in stored energy solutions, having organizational units and production plants located throughout Europe, we are looking for people who want to join the Poznań branch of the company.

In 2012, our Client created its own Accounting & Business Processes Services Center in Poznań. The Center specializes in servicing all of the Customer’s organizational units in Europe (14 countries in total) in areas such as accountancy, central purchases, travel expenses and operation/administrative processes. The Center is currently moving to the next phase of its dynamic development and is looking for employees ready to support in everyday activities.

In everyday work you will be responsible for:

  • Processing invoices according to Company procedures and policies;
  • Posting travel and entertainment expenses;
  • Handling financial and accounting transaction and reconciliations;
  • Dealing with ad hoc requests and tasks in a timely manner as required;
  • Proactive controls for avoidance of future errors;
  • Contact with group companies located in Europe (finance, , purchasing, operations and expense departments) – use of foreign languages ​​in everyday work;
  • Participation in projects improving the accounting and administrative processes.


  • You are fluent in German OR Italian OR French OR Portugal;
  • Your English is very good – it’s company global language;
  • You graduated in economics or finances or accounting or administration or foreign languages;
  • You have professional experience working in administration or finance or accounting);
  • You have ability to solve problems and like analytical work.

  • Full-time work based on a contract of employment with an attractive remuneration
  • Working hours: from 08:00 to 09:00 to 16:00 to 17:00;
