Our Client is UK based company that produces a range of award-winning, high quality authentic flatbreads. It supplies major supermarkets as well as global quick service restaurants from two bakeries located in England and India.

This is a great chance to join a dynamic company that is about to dominate the CEE market. Our Client is now entering the CEE market by placing its 3rd bakery in Poland Wroclaw and opening a role for a National Key Account Manager/National Sales Manager

The National Sales Manager will play a key role in defining company market footprint in Poland & surrounding European markets.


This is a role for a person who is not afraid of professional challenges and understands significance of the role for the company in Poland and the CEE region.


The role itself is both interesting and rewarding and will give the applicant the opportunity to work closely with Managing Director and become responsible for the market opening success.


The responsibilities.

  • Development of a market entry strategy in Europe (inc. defining implement plan and milestones) to gain market share.
  • Implement and monitor sales activities & promotion programs in line with the set business objectives.
  • Build partnership relations with customers (large FMCG retailers, food & restaurants international brands, global & regional discount supermarkets).
  • Find out the customers’ needs for sales opportunities & develop competitive “openings deals”.
  • Undertake visits and maintain frequent contacts with existing and potential customers.
  • Propose and implement a sales plan and a product development strategy to further increase market share and profitability of the company.
  • Manage and be responsible for all sales activities related to the company’s client portfolio in Poland & Europe.
  • Analyse the market, recognize trends, collect business data and respond on business opportunities.
  • Follow market developments in the field and through professional journals and publications.
  • Closely cooperate (report to) with the company Managing Director and provide market feed and sales progress/reporting.


What is required?

  • Job experience, at least 5 years in sales roles (preferably in FMCG/Retail/ HoReCa);
  • Experience in customer management, in particular with discounters and retailers, with proven successes – is a must;
  • Knowledge of areas as: sales, trade marketing, finance (ROI, trade terms, planning);
  • Business maturity and ability to develop business by bringing strategic contribution;
  • Ability to manage variety of important projects in the same time;
  • Persuasive personality, great communication and negotiation skills;
  • Mindset of a team player and ability to cooperation on all levels of organization;
  • Fluent English speaking and writing – is a must.
  • Slovak or Czech or Hungarian language will be a great benefit.
