Media Distribution Coordinator

Position description

Person on this position fulfills the role of a project manager. Coordinating the production process of online and offline materials according to defined standards and procedures, this person does all aspects of project management while supporting internal marketing clients and interacting with external agencies and vendors.


Main tasks include:

  • Being responsible for the production process of promotional materials with external vendors and printers.
  • Cooperation, communication and consulting with internal clients during project development as well as best practice sharing and latest trends.
  • Taking over the project coordination and tracking of project in all stages of production including: brochures, posters, postcards, giveaways, demo tools and photo shootings as well as the procurement of assets from external resources
  • Formulating request and briefs for external agencies, freelancers and vendors.
  • Organization of shipments and distribution of promotion material across Europe and USA.
  • Vendor and supplier management (quotation analysis, order placement and invoice review).
  • Maintenance of project schedules, control of costs and analysis of work procedures.
  • Host and administrator for the Marketing Shop (literature, give aways, business cards) and the DAM system (picture park).
  • Handling special projects and performing related duties as needed.



  • Bachelor’s degree in according field or with minimum of 2-3 years of job experience in an agency or preferably position.
  • Fluency in English language.
  • Great project management skills, goal oriented attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Creative personality and strong team player.
